Where is the control panel and how do I access it?

The control panel is located at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel (the URL is letter case sensitive and should be /cpanel and not /CPANEL or /CPanel, etc.). You can use the shared IP address assigned to you in place of the domain.com address.

Your welcome letter email you receive upon sign up will include this information, as well as other account and login information. You should always refer to this email if you aren't sure how to use or access a service.

You will be prompted for a username and password to log into the control panel, assuming your local system or network isn't blocking access to the control panel ports (2082, 2083, 2095 and others).

The username is your account username and the password is your account's password. This is the same username and password you use for the master account (for FTP and the master POP email account).

You can also access the control panel directly by going to the URL of http://domain-or-ip.com:2082 (by appending the colon + port number). You can do the same for secure cPanel access as well.

To access the netadmin control panel securely, you can access the port directly at https://domain.com:2083. Please note the secure https:// protocol for secure access.
