Media604 does not transfer your domain for you when you sign up for a new account. You must transfer the domain to Media604 manually. This is done by pointing the DNS entries for your domain to Media604's DNS servers. You can change the DNS settings for your domain at your domain registrar (the company you purchased your domain through).
